I offer a range of services from consultations to educational classes to personal and small-group training
I have worked with clients from all walks of life from young up-and-coming athletes to seniors wanting a better quality of life. I am confident that I can guide you to success on any fitness journey you embark on.
About Me:
I am a former collegiate athlete who has a passion for health and movement. I have 21 years of experience as a football player and have played many other sports to an advanced level. During my junior year of college I decided to put my knowledge to use and got my ACE CPT license and worked my way through graduation.
After graduating I taught public school and coached High School football for 5 years in Fairfax County VA.
In college I studied Health and Physical Education, This degree at George Mason University was comprised of pre-med coupled with educational psychology. Due to this and my past experience as a CPT I am confident in my ability to not just train you but teach you how to reach your goals and why / how the different training methods work.
When I am not training I love spending time with my 2 dogs Diesel and Zoey, being outside doing anything active, cooking (especially BBQ!), or relaxing with some time on my self built computer.

Payment Policy:
Austin, and the Goal Focused Fitness LLC Website DO NOT SAVE/STORE your payment information. We believe the added security of not having this information saved on a server is worth needing to enter your payment information each time.

Individual Session Payments:
due at the time of the agreed upon session (this means BEFORE the workout starts)
Package Payments:
Due before the start of the 1st session.
Financial Assistance:
If you are unable to make a lump-sum payment please talk to Austin. On a case by case basis He may accept payment deals for package purchases where a small payment equal to the value of an individual session rate for the package is due at the time of each session.

Please note there are discounted rates for package purchases and for individuals who are members of Fitness Evolution and / or Goal Focused Fitness LLC. These discounted services are listed on the website as their own PACKAGE deal.
If you buy a package deal please be sure to schedule your sessions from within your package! you can always return to your package by logging in to your account to schedule more sessions at a later date.

Austin will guide you through a 30 minute workout designed to help you reach your fitness goals.
Please note that the 30 minute format will push you to get the most out of your short time in the gym and is generally more intense than a 1 hour session due to the time restraints.

Austin will guide you through a 1 hour workout designed to help you advance on your fitness adventure and reach your goals.
This style of workout is recommended for most people and allows for the greatest flexibility in programming.

Fitness is better with friends! you and your friend(s) can have a group routine designed to help everyone make meaningful progress towards their goals.
This Service requires a minimum of 2 people and has a pricetag of $45 per person per hour.
30 minute sessions for this style are not availible.

Disclaimer - Austin is formally educated from George Mason University holding a B.S. Ed. Health and Physical Education. This means he has a fantastic understanding of how nutrition and foods interact with the human body and can be considered a Nutritionist. This means that Austin can help you with your general nutritional needs.
Austin is NOT a Dietician. If you are looking for an in depth breakdown of your diet and or require help with specific dietary restrictions / conditions it is recommended that you seek out a Dietician.
